OFFICE VISITS: GRACE PERIODS, RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Wildflower operates on a 10-minute grace period system; we reserve the right to reschedule any appointment if arrival is 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time.
Wildflower Breast Center maintains a no-show policy. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance. If we are not notified of your cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours, or should there be a no-show to your appointment, a $25 charge will be placed on your balance for your visit.
CANCELLATION POLICY: BREAST AND AXILLARY SURGERY
Due to the large block of time allotted for surgery as well as resources, last-minute cancellations cause serious scheduling conflicts for both our office and the hospital facility. Therefore, Wildflower Breast Center maintains the following cancellation policy:
- If surgery is canceled or rescheduled less than 7 business days in advance, a $250 fee will apply. This fee will not be covered by any insurance company and must be paid by the patient before the procedure is rescheduled.
- Additionally, arrangements must be made for transportation home from the hospital.
