Dr. Kolluri is thrilled to be offering lactation care for new parents as part of her breast practice, as a cash-based service. She first became exposed to the challenges of breastfeeding while in her breast surgical fellowship as a part of the women’s health department at Texas Tech University. She has become a leading voice in the breastfeeding physician community, and is the only breast surgeon in Texas specifically offering this critical service. Dr. Kolluri is the founder of an inclusive breastfeeding social media group, with the goal of supporting the physician-mother community with breastfeeding and formula feeding challenges in a non-judgmental space.
