About Dr. Sangeetha Kolluri

Exceptional breast care through education and advocacy

Dr. Kolluri is a board-certified, fellowship-trained breast surgeon. She treats the complete spectrum of breast conditions from benign to malignant diseases at Wildflower Breast Center in downtown Austin and Kyle, Texas.

After receiving her Medical Doctorate at the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Kolluri completed her Residency in General Surgery in Flushing Hospital Medical Center and completed Fellowship in Breast Surgical Oncology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She is certified by the American Society of Breast Surgeons for the performance of breast ultrasound.

She is also an active member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Society of Breast Surgeons and Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons (FACOS).

Her philosophy of breast care is grounded in the principles of evidence-based treatment with a human-centered approach. Her approach to breast cancer includes a careful consideration of breast sensation preservation, breast sexuality, cosmesis and survivorship challenges.

Dr. Kolluri deeply invests her time and expertise in each of her patients and ensures that they receive a comprehensive, multidisciplinary treatment plan that is tailored to their needs.

Dr. Kolluri accepts female and male patients, age 12 and above.

She was born and raised in Princeton, New Jersey and relocated to Texas in 2015. She lives happily with her husband, two daughters and their dog, Brooklyn. She loves craft beer and wine tasting, traveling and taking Brooklyn to the dog park.

BriAnna Peterson, LVN

Breast Surgical Nurse

BriAnna was born and raised in east Texas and moved to Austin in 2009. She worked as a medical assistant in pediatrics for nearly ten years. She graduated from the Austin Community College LVN program in August of 2021 and began working with Dr. Kolluri shortly after. BriAnna is passionate about providing exceptional care to all patients and appreciates the opportunity to care for them throughout their journeys. She strives to make patients feel confident in the care they are receiving. Outside of work BriAnna enjoys spending time with her two boys exploring hiking trails and playing soccer. She also enjoys a quiet evening with a good book and a cup of coffee.


Kaylee grew up in south Austin and has called it home ever since. She attended the University of Texas at San Antonio and graduated with a medical humanities degree with a pre-medical concentration in spring of 2022. After graduating college, she attended ACC and obtained her medical assistant certification and started working for Dr. Kolluri shortly after. She is super excited to be a part of such a specialized field and learning something new every day. When she is not at work, she likes to take her two dogs to Zilker Park, curl up with a book or soak up the summer sun.

Fiorella Vasquez

Fiorella was born and raised in Lima, Peru. She is a translator and interpreter who graduated from Cibertec Institute in 2022, being one of the top students in her field. Fiorella speaks Spanish, Portuguese, and English and has experience working virtually with US clinics and non-profit UK organizations. She is our remote employee who joined Dr. Kolluri’s team in early 2023 and feels very welcomed and excited to learn new things and improve all her skills. Outside of work, Fiorella loves spending time with her family, exercising, and when possible, traveling all over her country.

Kenady Strutz

Administrative Assistant

Kenady grew up in a small town outside of Houston, but has called San Marcos home since 2018. She graduated with a BA in psychology from Texas State University in 2022. Upon graduation, she began looking for work in her desired field and she plans to pursue a master’s degree in the realm of counseling with a concentration on clinical mental health. Kenady is thrilled to be working alongside Dr. Kolluri and her amazing team, and she is looking forward to every opportunity to learn new things. She spends her free time reading, enjoying nature, and she also loves to paint alongside her pets.
