About Dr. Sangeetha Kolluri
Exceptional breast care through education and advocacy
Dr. Kolluri is a board-certified, fellowship-trained breast surgeon. She treats the complete spectrum of breast conditions from benign to malignant diseases at Wildflower Breast Center in downtown Austin and Kyle, Texas.
After receiving her Medical Doctorate at the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Kolluri completed her Residency in General Surgery in Flushing Hospital Medical Center and completed Fellowship in Breast Surgical Oncology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She is certified by the American Society of Breast Surgeons for the performance of breast ultrasound.
She is also an active member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Society of Breast Surgeons and Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons (FACOS).
Her philosophy of breast care is grounded in the principles of evidence-based treatment with a human-centered approach. Her approach to breast cancer includes a careful consideration of breast sensation preservation, breast sexuality, cosmesis and survivorship challenges.
Dr. Kolluri deeply invests her time and expertise in each of her patients and ensures that they receive a comprehensive, multidisciplinary treatment plan that is tailored to their needs.
Dr. Kolluri accepts female and male patients, age 12 and above.
She was born and raised in Princeton, New Jersey and relocated to Texas in 2015. She lives happily with her husband, two daughters and their dog, Milton. She loves craft beer and wine tasting, traveling and taking Milton to the dog park.

Meagan Moulton, PA
Physician Assistant
Meagan was born and raised in Austin, Texas. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Clarkson University. Prior to PA school, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in biology from Trinity University in San Antonio. She is excited to be back in Austin providing compassionate care to the members of our vibrant community. She is a current member of American Academy of Physician Associates and Texas Academy of Physician Assistants. When not in clinic, you can find her exploring the outdoors through hiking, embarking on a travel adventure, immersing herself in the pages of a book, and trying new food in Austin with her friends and family.
Angelica Fierro
Nurse Practitioner
Hi, my name is Angelica Fierro. I am a dedicated healthcare professional with a strong background in oncology nursing, having spent four years providing compassionate care to patients battling cancer. Now practicing as a nurse practitioner, I bring both clinical expertise and a deep commitment to patient-centered care.
Outside of work, I am blessed with a wonderful husband and two beautiful daughters. In my free time, I enjoy staying active and spending quality time with my family.
Jennifer Rivera
Manager & Billing Administrator
Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience in the medical field to Wildflower Breast Center. As our Office Manager and Billing Administrator, she is dedicated to ensuring patients receive not only excellent care but also a smooth and supportive experience behind the scenes. Jennifer is proud to be part of a team that combines expertise with genuine compassion for every patient and their family.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and friends, catching live music and concerts, and traveling to new places.
Micaela Cottrell
Executive Assistant
Micaela Cottrell was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She brings a background in healthcare administration and business operations to her role as Executive Assistant to Dr. Sangeetha Kolluri.
Micaela feels deeply connected to the mission of Wildflower, having witnessed firsthand the impact of breast cancer within her own family. Being able to serve patients at a center that prioritizes both clinical excellence and compassionate care is a personal and professional calling.
Outside of the clinic, Micaela enjoys reading, writing poetry, and spending time with her friends and family. She loves exploring Austin’s trail, supporting local bookstores and cafés, and mentoring aspiring business professionals.
Romi Klein
Medical Assistant
Romi was born and raised in Austin, Texas. She attended Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee. Where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in May 2025. She is excited to begin her journey as a medical assistant for Dr. Kolluri, while she continues to work towards her goal of becoming a medical provider.
Outside of work, she enjoys getting lost in a good book, crafting running and spending quality time with her rescue dog, Scooter.
Sebastian Torres
Surgery Scheduler
Sebastian was born and raised in Lima, Peru, where he continues to live today. He studied Translation and Interpretation and worked as a medical interpreter from 2020 to 2024, gaining valuable experience in patient communication and healthcare advocacy. He also served as a UnitedHealthcare advocate, supporting patients through complex insurance processes.
Currently, Sebastian is pursuing a degree in Computer Science at the University of Lima, where he also plays for the college basketball team. Outside of work and studies, he enjoys reading and staying active. He’s excited to be part of a team where compassion and care come first and looks forward to building strong connections with both patients and colleagues.
Aubrey Peinado
Patient Care Coordinator
Hi, I’m Aubrey, and I’m the Patient Coordinator for Wildflower Breast Center, specializing in breast cancer care. My role is to support patients and their families as they navigate appointments, treatment, and the many details that come with this journey.
Having had close family members face cancer, I understand firsthand how overwhelming this process can feel. That’s why I strive to make each patient’s experience as smooth, comforting, and stress-free as possible.
I’m passionate about creating a welcoming space where patients feel heard, supported, and cared for because no one should go through this alone.
COURTNEY
Front Desk
Courtney grew up in Bangor, Pa., where she lived until joining the Navy as a medic in 2017. She was stationed with the marine corps in Hawaii for five years and moved to Tacoma, Wash., after separating from the military in 2022. She pursued a variety of careers during her time in Washington until she moved to Georgetown, Texas, in October of 2024 to pursue her career as a nurse at The University of Texas. Although Courtney is new to Texas, she is feeling right at home and is excited for what it has in store for her. When she is not at work, she enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her two rescues: A pitbull named Frankie and a cat named Sourdough.
