CANCELLATION POLICY: BREAST AND AXILLARY SURGERY
Due to the large block of time allotted for surgery as well as resources, last-minute cancellations cause serious scheduling conflicts for both our office and the hospital facility. Therefore, Wildflower Breast Center maintains the following cancellation policy:
- If surgery is canceled or rescheduled less than 7 business days in advance, a $250 fee will apply.
- This fee will not be covered by any insurance company and must be paid by the patient before the procedure is rescheduled.
- Additionally, arrangements must be made for transportation home from the hospital. It is crucial that this is arranged and confirmed before the day of surgery.
OFFICE VISITS: GRACE PERIODS, RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Wildflower operates on a 10 minute grace period system; we reserve the right to reschedule any appointment if arrival is 10 minutes past the scheduled time. Wildflower Breast Center maintains a no-show policy. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance.
- If we are not notified 24 hours prior or should there be a no-show to your appointment, a $25 charge will be placed on your balance for your visit.
- Lactation Care Appointments please note that the deposit is non-refundable regardless of cancelation or rescheduling.
